1. Is delivery really free? Yes, absolutely! We provide FREE local delivery within Edmonton on every single order. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise delivery charges at checkout.

2. Can I get same-day delivery? Yes! For guaranteed same-day delivery in Edmonton, please place your order by 4:00 PM daily. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following morning.

3. What if the recipient is not home? If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier will look for a safe, shaded spot to leave them. If the weather is too cold/hot or the location doesn't seem secure, we will immediately contact you or the recipient to arrange a safe hand-off or redelivery.

4. Why do your flowers last longer? Our flowers stay fresh for 7–12 days (and often longer!) because we’ve eliminated the middleman. By bypassing traditional warehouses and flower shops, we deliver blooms directly from the farm to your door. Freshness is our core promise.

5. What are your operating hours? We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring you can send beautiful, fresh blooms every day of the week.
