Bouquet Go is a local flower delivery service based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

  1. Perishable Products (Fresh Flowers)

All of our products are fresh, perishable goods. For this reason, we do not accept physical returns once the order has been delivered.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review all quality-related concerns in accordance with this policy.

  1. Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a resolution, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Replacement of the product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh flowers after delivery

  • Orders with no reported issues within the required timeframe

  • Products that have been altered, mishandled, or damaged after delivery

  1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  1. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Recipient Not Available:
If the recipient is not available, the order may be left in a safe location or with a third party (e.g., concierge or neighbor). Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
