Bouquet Go is a local flower delivery business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We specialize in fresh flower arrangements and same-day delivery services exclusively within Edmonton.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of fresh flowers, slight variations in color, size, and arrangement may occur.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if preparation or delivery has already begun.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Bouquet Go provides local delivery services only within Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

We do not ship products via postal or courier services. All deliveries are handled locally by our team.

Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or high order volume.

If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location or with a concierge or neighbor when appropriate.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we may not accept returns once delivery has been completed.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Bouquet Go and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services. However, all transactions are between you and Bouquet Go.
